Cancellation Policy: Substitutions can be made at any time. All cancellations must be made in writing and emailed to [email protected]. Voicemails will not be accepted. A full refund will be issued as long as the cancellation notice is received by October 9, 2026. No refunds will be issued beginning October 10, 2026 or for no-shows or cancellations.

Important: Personal information you provide during registration is kept strictly confidential. We do not release attendee lists or otherwise share or sell your personal information. If you choose to participate in optional workshop(s), your name and email may be shared with a workshop sponsor(s).

We do not associate with third-party hotel and travel agencies. We encourage you to take advantage of the CEAg WorldSM hotel rate to ensure that you receive our special rate and benefits.
We may use your company name and occasionally job title to promote the event. 

We will use your contact information to communicate with you about this event, and sometimes about other products/services from us or our partners that we believe may be of interest. You can unsubscribe at any time.

Photographs and video footage from the event may be used in promotional material. If you don’t want to be captured in any photos or video footage, please let us know.
